Teaching and Supervision

I teach in the areas of Media Studies and PR & Advertising.

Currently, I convene the courses ARTS1091 Media, Society, Politics, ARTS3093 Media Power, and MDIA3008 Issues & Crisis Communication.

My Honours and PhD supervisions are in areas such as the political economy of new media, contemporary trends in advertising, and sound/image relations in film/music video.

Engagement and Professional contributions

I am the Program Convenor for the Masters degrees in the School of the Arts & Media: the Master of PR & Advertising, the Master of Journalism & Communications, and the dual Master of PR & Advertising and Design.

I am the Deputy Learning & Teaching Convenor (UNSW3+) for the School of the Arts & Media.
